Placing an order

Thanks so much for popping by red cat.  I hope you've seen something you'd like, so the next step is to place an order!

When you place an order I'll let you know the delivery estimate.  I aim to design, hand make and post your item within one week for smaller items, and within three weeks for personalised house pictures.  The timings can be affected by how full my order book is, particularly in the run up to Christmas.

If the order is for needed by a specific date, and lots are, then do let me know and I'll be able to confirm whether I can meet that.  I can often fit in a rushed order for a nearly forgotten celebration!

• Any design choices - like names, motifs, and colours including hair colours

• Any deadlines that it is needed for

Payment

I can take payment in three ways:

• • Bank transfer (preferred) - I'll send you bank details to do a direct transfer

  • Cash - If you are collecting in person

Delivery

I deliver orders using Royal Mail, unless you'd like any other service. 

If you live local to Peebles  you're welcome to collect.

Returns

Most of my work is made to order so returns are generally not possible.  

If something hasn't worked out like you expected or if what you need has changed - e.g. a name spelling needs correcting - then do get in touch because my aim is for everyone to be delighted with their gifts.
